What to get in touch about
- A factual or data error — a wrong squad, a misattributed performance, a scorecard that does not match reality. These are the messages we act on fastest, and we will correct the page.
- A player or rights-holder request — if you are a player, club or board and want something about you corrected or removed, write to us and we will deal with it promptly.
- A question about the method — how a prediction or an accuracy score was produced. Most of it is already written up in How We Predict & Grade.
- Email preferences — to stop match emails, reply to any email we send, or write to the address above.
What we cannot help with
We are not a fantasy platform. We cannot access, change or refund anything on Dream11, My11Circle or any other app, and we cannot help with contest entries, winnings or account problems — please contact those platforms directly.
