What iCrickets is

iCrickets is an independent website that publishes fantasy cricket previews — Dream XIs, captain and vice-captain suggestions, pitch reports and head-to-head records — for matches around the world, from internationals down to domestic T20 leagues and the County Championship.

The thing that makes this site different is simple: we grade every prediction we publish against the real result and publish the score, good or bad. Most fantasy tip sites quietly forget the calls that missed. Ours are all on the public accuracy page, including the bad ones.

How the content is produced

The analysis on this site is generated by AI. We say that plainly because you deserve to know what you are reading. A data pipeline collects squads, recent player form, venue records and head-to-head history from cricket data providers, and a large language model turns that data into the written preview and the suggested XI.

Every player named in a prediction must appear in a real, observed squad or playing XI for that match — the model is never allowed to invent a name from memory. If we cannot get a genuine squad for a fixture, we list the fixture and publish no prediction for it rather than guess.

Once a match finishes we fetch the full scorecard, score every player with the Dream11 rules for that format, and compare our XI against the eleven players who actually scored the most fantasy points. That number is published unedited. The method is described in detail on How We Predict & Grade.

What iCrickets is not

  • We are not a betting or real-money gaming site. Nothing here accepts wagers or handles money.
  • We are not affiliated with Dream11, My11Circle, the BCCI, the ICC or any cricket board, team or player.
  • Our suggestions are not guaranteed. Our published average is a few correct picks out of eleven — cricket is genuinely unpredictable, and we would rather show you that honestly than pretend otherwise.

Who runs it

iCrickets is a small independent project, built and maintained by one operator rather than a media company. There is no newsroom and no sponsored coverage. The site earns through affiliate links to fantasy platforms, which is disclosed on every page that carries them and in our Terms.
